Warehouse Fit-Out

Irwin & Leighton was selected as the Construction Manager for Amazon’s for the fit-out of their 1,027,665 SF distribution, fulfillment and e-commerce space in Jessup, PA. The scope of the project included the conversion of an existing warehouse space to accommodate Amazon’s operations including lighting, data and security configurations as well as office space/fit-out, new HVAC and electrical and an emergency generator. In addition, Irwin & Leighton also completed some exterior renovations to the property/building in order to accommodate Amazon’s logistics.
