Irwin & Leighton was chosen as the Construction Manager for Sprouts Farmers Market’s 400th store located in Haddon Township, NJ. The scope of work included the full, ground up construction of a brand new grocery store including utilities, concrete, masonry, structural steel, millwork, roofing, siding, doors/hardware, glazing, drywall & acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile, flooring, painting, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and electrical.
