West End Orthopedic Hospital

Irwin & Leighton was chosen as the Construction Manager for the new West End Orthopedic Hospital in Allentown, PA. The scope of the project included the construction of a 58,000 SF hospital at the northern end of the existing St. Luke’s property. The new building includes six operating rooms, two future operating rooms within an OR Suite, a sterile processing department and clean room processing area, staff support spaces and various shell spaces on the second floor for future use and fit-out.
