Module 10 Expansion
Irwin & Leighton successfully completed the expansion project for ReCAP in Princeton, NJ, adding Module 10 to the existing facility, totaling approximately 45,000 square feet. The scope encompassed sitework, landscaping, Superflat concrete slabs, masonry bearing walls, structural steel, insulated metal panels, and mechanical and electrical systems designed to meet the strict environmental requirements necessary to maximize the preservation of the materials stored within the Module.
