Existing Warehouse Conversion

Irwin & Leighton was selected as the Construction Manager by Amazon for their most recent +/-200,000 SF distribution, fulfillment and e-commerce space in Woodland Park, NJ. The scope of the project included the conversion of an existing warehouse space to accommodate Amazon’s operations including lighting, data and security configurations as well as office space/fit-out, new HVAC and electrical and an emergency generator.

Irwin & Leighton also completed the exterior renovation of the property/building to accommodate Amazon’s logistics.
