Irwin & Leighton proudly served as the Construction Manager for this Confidential Customer's Victory Pharos project, a comprehensive endeavor encompassing several crucial components: the Victory Executive Fitout, the Victory Fitout, and the integration of the new IMG Connector. Spanning approximately 135,000 square feet, our team facilitated the implementation of a myriad of enhancements, including a state-of-the-art lighting package, advanced AV and telecom infrastructure, modern heat pumps, mechanical controls, and interior finish upgrades throughout the facility. Moreover, our commitment extended to pursuing LEED certification, underscoring our dedication to sustainable practices and environmental responsibility.
