Tenant Refresh

Irwin & Leighton was chosen as the Construction Manager for this refresh to a newly leased space for a Confidential Customer. Work on the space included the build-out of a MDF room and installation of all data cabling and power required for the new, open seating area furniture. In addition, I&L installed the infrastructure and equipment for the new conference room AV/VC equipment. Irwin & Leighton worked closely together with the Owner and its furniture teams to complete this fast track design and construction project to meet the tight move in deadline.
