440 & 460 Swedesford Road Lobby Renovation & Addition
Irwin & Leighton was selected as the Construction Manager by Equus Capital Partners for the renovation of its’ 440 & 460 Swedesford Road project. The scope of work for both buildings included the renovation of all core building spaces, bathrooms, corridors & lobbies as well as a new three (3) story curtainwall/stair tower entrance. All work was performed as the building remained occupied.
