The revitalization of 1000 Chesterbrook Lobby marked a meticulous phased renovation spanning approximately 11,500 square feet within an operational office building. This transformative endeavor entailed the conversion of office quarters into a dynamic fitness center and the expansion of existing restroom facilities into modern locker rooms and showers adjacent to the fitness enclave. Additionally, the project encompassed a comprehensive overhaul of the lobby area, comprising the installation of bespoke millwork, flooring enhancements, state-of-the-art lighting solutions, ceiling upgrades, and meticulous finishing touches. Notably, the revamped lobby now features an inviting seating zone, complete with a vibrant green wall, comfortable banquettes, and functional tables, designed to foster communal gatherings and interactions. The culmination of the project involved architectural enhancements to an existing on-site café, further enhancing the aesthetic and functional appeal of the workspace environment.
