Irwin & Leighton had the privilege of being selected as the Construction Manager for the prestigious renovation of the iconic Schwab Auditorium, nestled in the heart of Penn State's Main Campus in State College, PA. The project's focal points encompassed a meticulous restoration of the auditorium's historic fenestration, comprising the delicate revitalization of wood windows and glass elements. Our scope of work extended to encompass abatement procedures, precision painting applications, and modern updates to window treatments, ensuring that the architectural integrity and timeless charm of this revered landmark were meticulously preserved.
