Simon Center Renovation & Expansion

Irwin & Leighton was chosen as the Construction Manager for the new Simon Center for Business & Economics on the Lafayette College campus. The project included interior renovations and additions to the former Kunkel Hall. The existing building was 32,000 SF. The scope of work includes sitework, landscaping, concrete, masonry, structural steel, millwork, roofing, doors, glass, drywall, interior finishes and mechanical and electrical systems.
