Triplex Dormitory Renovation

The Triplex Dormitory renovation project at Gwynedd Mercy University involved a comprehensive overhaul of both interior and exterior spaces. Externally, new courtyard areas, site lighting, and landscaping were introduced, while the south entry received concrete work and landscaping enhancements. Internally, air conditioning, new lighting, flooring, paint, and furniture were installed, revitalizing the dormitories and lounge areas. This transformation not only modernized living quarters but also enhanced the overall campus experience, reflecting our commitment to quality and student well-being on GMU’s campus.
