Regional Operations Facility Fitout
Interior fitout of the third floor of NJM’s Hammonton Regional Operations facility. The ±30,000 SF core and shell space project included new offices, conference rooms and bathrooms.
The scope included ductwork, mechanical piping, electrical, sprinkler, and tele/data work as well as new ceilings/soffits and raised access flooring with all new finishes including millwork pantry areas. The project achieved a USGBC LEED Commercial Interiors Silver rating.
