Headquarters Renovation

Irwin & Leighton was honored to be chosen by the Emergency Care Research Institute (ECRI) as the Design-Builder for the transformation of its main headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, PA. In response to significant global shifts, the project adapted to meet the evolving needs of ECRI post-pandemic, resulting in a dynamic and efficient workspace. Central to the redesign was the demolition of the outdated single-story section of the building, making way for a striking three-story grand entrance and the complete fit-out of the first and second floors. Our comprehensive involvement spanned every stage of the project, from initial design conceptualization to the final installation of furniture and audiovisual systems, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach to revitalizing ECRI's headquarters.
