Space Systems Addition/Renovation

Lockheed Martin is one of Irwin & Leighton’s oldest customers. Including it’s corporate predecessor, our relationship with ockheed dates back to the early 1900’s. This project included two additions – an ±18,000 SF High Bay for antenna systems testing and a ±17,000 SF multipurpose meeting and training facility, known as The Patriot Center. The project also included renovations to connect the new additions to existing buildings on the campus as well as the extension of utilities from existing mechanical spaces through occupied areas to the new addition and extensive sitework.
