E-Commerce Warehouse

Irwin & Leighton was selected as the Construction Manager by this Confidential Customer for their most recent 125,000 SF distribution, fulfillment and e-commerce space in Elkridge, Maryland. The scope of the project included the conversion of an existing warehouse space to accommodate the Customer’s operations including lighting, data and security configurations as well as office space/ fit-out, new HVAC and electrical and an emergency generator. Irwin & Leighton also completed the exterior renovation of the property/building to accommodate the Customer’s logistics.
