Concordville Operations Center Renovation

Irwin & Leighton was chosen as the Design Builder for the phased renovation and “updating” of an existing, 190,000 SF, State Farm Headquarters in Concordville, PA. The scope of the project included upgrades to finishes including new carpeting and paint throughout the entire facility, upgrades to the common space and bathrooms, as well as upgrades to the entire fire alarm system. 

In addition to the finishes, modifications to the executive office suite were made including the addition of new offices and conference rooms. Four new secured revolving door entrances were also included in the scope of work. We completed the renovation of the entrance lobby and corridor spaces with new lighting, HVAC upgrades, finish upgrades, a new security desk and new signage.
