Irwin & Leighton was chosen by St. Luke’s University Health Network as the Construction Manager for the Renovation of the 6,600sf of existing vacant retail space into an ambulatory care facility consisting of imaging, lab draw services, and physical therapy. New electrical and gas service was required and needed to be coordinated with the landlord and other mall tenants for shutdowns & tie ins.
