Roseberry Surgical Center Renovation

Irwin & Leighton was chosen as the Construction Manager for the Roseberry Surgical Center Renovations at St. Luke’s Phillipsburg campus. The new layout consisted of two (2) endoscopy rooms with equipment booms, pre and post-op bays and exam rooms. The work involved the reworking of existing mechanical systems, medical gasses, and new headwalls as well as revised room layouts & finishes throughout. Irwin & Leighton completed this project while taking careful precautions as to not disrupt the operational operating rooms both above and below the areas under construction.
