New Carriage Homes at Normandy Farms
ACTS Senior Living selected Irwin & Leighton as its General Contractor to build a new community of twenty-one (21) Single and Double Carriage Homes at its’ Normandy Farms facility. Irwin & Leighton worked closely with ACTS and the design team during preconstruction to evaluate various exterior and interior finishes in order to provide the most cost effective value for each unit.
