Parker at Somerset
The Parker Group selected Irwin & Leighton as its’ Construction Manager for the phased renovations and addition to its’ newly acquired facility Parker at Somerset. The first phase of the project entailed a new addition of 75,000 SF. The second phase includes the renovation of an existing 60,000 SF, occupied facility.
Irwin & Leighton has completed Phase 1 and has started construction on Phase 2.
