Interior/exterior renovation and restoration of a historic dormitory at Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ. The four (4) floor (including a basement), 46,525 SF renovation included selective demolition, sitework, landscaping, concrete, underpinning, masonry, structural steel, millwork, rough carpentry, wood framing, insulation, roofing, joint sealants, waterproofing, custom wood doors, drywall, ceilings, ceramic tile, flooring, painting, new elevator, mechanical work, fire protection and overall electrical system updates.
