Xfinity Live! Philadelphia Renovations
Irwin & Leighton completed the +/-79,000 SF renovation of Xfinity Live! in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The project included adding a new restaurant, 1100 Social, as well as a new outdoor patio area with multiple fire pits and covered and heated dining areas. An exterior patio garden area was added and includes a new glass and steel outdoor bar structure with seating and fire pits.
Key Highlights:
Construction was completed in an occupied and active facility
Converted ‘Owners Box’ into usable office space
Construction schedule was expedited to complete during ‘off-season’ summer months
Work was phased to coordinate with major actitivites at the complex
Work areas had to be clean and properly barricaded at the end of each shift to prevent pedestrian access to the work areas
