New Supermarket

Irwin & Leighton was chosen by Lidl as the Construction Manager for the construction of their new, +/-30,000 SF, out-of-the- ground Supermarket in York, Pennsylvania. The store’s construction was composed of masonry bearing walls with steel joists & decking. Finishes included exposed ceilings throughout the sales floor with new polished concrete. In addition, customer restrooms, offices, and a new bakery were also a part of the finished project.
