The Home Depot selected Irwin & Leighton, Inc. as the Construction Manager to complete the construction of their new, 117,000 SF Home Depot Home Improvement store in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Key Issues:

Coordination of Owner shelving and equipment and delivery schedules

Coordination of multiple exterior finishes (e.g., EIFS, stone, metal panels, concrete, etc.) and their interface details

Strong focus on safety

Project Duration: 6 Months
