Irwin & Leighton was selected by Nordstrom as the Construction Manager for its new 32,000 SF Nordstrom Rack in Christiana, Delaware. The project included an outdoor facade, new HVAC equipment, MEP systems, indoor finishes, racking, security, and data system.
