Tenant Fit-out in Newark, DE

Main Event Entertainment selected Irwin & Leighton as the Construction Manager for the Interior Fit-Out of their Christiana Fashion Center location in Newark, DE. The Fit-Out took place in a newly constructed 50,000 sqft building shell specifically designed for Main Event Entertainment’s needs.

I&L worked closely with the owner, design team, and landlord throughout the project to coordinate the duct, plumbing, and electrical work. I&L had to work closely with Main Event’s Vendor Delivery Schedule as many of their vendors were scheduled for particular install and delivery dates before the project began. I&L Site Staff worked diligently to ensure that subcontractors completed their work on time so the owner’s vendors could start their work without any problems.
