Office Renovation

Irwin & Leighton was chosen as the Construction Manager for this project on the Malvern, Pennsylvania campus of a Confidential Customer. The project scope included the complete demolition of partitions and finishes in the existing space followed by the construction of new conference rooms with AV/VC equipment. There were modifications made to the existing MEP system to coordinate with the new layout as well as new ceilings and lighting throughout with new data cabling to support the new furniture and AV/VC equipment.
