NIH Drug Discovery Program Teaching Wing

Irwin and Leighton completed the renovation of 10,000 SF of office space within the existing hospital into working laboratories for Penn State Hershey Medical Center.

Occupied Facility- Work was performed on the second floor which remained occupied

MEP Coordination and Rough-In above and below space

Metal casework with reagent shelving

Casework coordination, manufacturing and deliveries

All work in adjacent spaces performed during off hours
