West Residence Hall Renovation

Cabrini University (formerly Cabrini College) chose Irwin & Leighton as their Construction Manager for their new West Residence Hall, a ±43,000 SF 138-bed concrete plank and masonry dormitory built in the middle of a vibrant and active suburban campus.

Key Highlights:

Development and strict enforcement of a safety and logistics plan in special consideration of the adjacent existing dormitory building to the new residence hall site required openings.

Coordination of required mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in openings with precast plank and masonry structure.

Expedited project schedule required in order to ensure occupancy for the upcoming school year.
