Warren Hospital Campus Wide Renovation

Phased ± 145,000 SF renovation of an existing hospital as well as several off-site projects. Phases include:

Warren Hospital – Phases 1 and 2

Phase 1 of this ongoing renovation involves conversion of a patient floor of the existing hospital into a new 12-bed Intensive Care Unit and a new Infusion Therapy Wing.

Phase 2, scheduled to begin in 2015, will include renovation of the existing Emergency Department and Nursing units.

The work involves relocating patient areas and hospital services as work progresses through the hospital’s five floors.

Infrastructure upgrades consist of new air handling units, new and upgraded elevators, a new fire pump, and sprinkler service throughout.

Miscellaneous Projects

Warren Hospital Imaging Equipment Upgrades – Replacement of the Hospital’s MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and Radiography (x-ray) equipment (see below). The work was performed in phases to maintain each department’s operations during construction.

Outpatient Ambulatory Imaging Center (Washington Township) – Renovation of two floors of an outpatient imaging center.

Hillcrest Mall Physicians Suite – Fitout of an existing warehouse into physicians’ offices and exam rooms.
