Irwin & Leighton has provided services and completed numerous projects for The Children’s Hosptial of Philadelphia since 1969 (see below). Some of our recent projects are highlighted below:

Homecare/Specialty Care Center and Sports Medicine, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

New facility (± 60,000 SF) constructed in three phases. Phases included Homecare (cleanroom, pharmacy, office and warehouse space, sitework and exterior façade); Specialty Care (MRI, CT scan, treatment rooms, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, blood lab, nurses stations and office space) and Specialty Care and Sports Medicine (rooms for physical therapy, allergy treatment, examinations and consultations). The building was occupied and functioning during final phase.

Irwin & Leighton first worked for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in the late-1960s, when it built the foundations for the new hospital on 34th Street and Civic Center Boulevard in West Philadelphia (see photo above).
